Order time
You will have the option to choose delivery/collection time during checkout.
Note: Your order will be prepared according to the current processing time unless you select your preferred time during checkout.

The quickest way is to call the restaurant. If the restaurant is currently close, then send us message using contact us online form, we will manually add your requested time to your order if possible.

Password Reset and Change
To reset your password, use Forgot Password option. Once you enter your USER ID (either your email or mobile), you will receive verification code via email (If the email does not appear in your inbox you should check your junk email folder) and SMS if we have a valid mobile number. If you are unable to reset password, please send us message using contact us online form.
To change your password, you need to login to your account. Go to My Account then select Change Password option. To reset your password, use Forgot Password option. If you are having any issues, please send us message using contact us online form.
Payment
Yes it is safe. We use PayPal for all online payments which is 100% secure and hassle free. PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. In addition, when you send a payment using PayPal, the recipient won't receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number.
You will receive payment confirmation email and SMS if we have a valid mobile number on your account.
Yes. You can select order type Card-on-Collection during check out (if the option is available - some restaurants prefer online payment only therefore card payment on collection option may not be available).
Yes you can, but Apple Pay or Google Pay options are browser dependent. To pay by Apple Pay, you must use Safari and iOS device and for Google Pay, you must use Chrome browser.
Registration and login
No, our system does not allow you to place order without registering. Registering is easy and it will save your details for faster and easier ordering.
If you received registration confirmation via sms then your user ID is your mobile number otherwise it is your email address.
Eight-character long password is recommended because it's long enough to provide adequate security and still short enough for users to easily remember. Use a password with combination of letters and numbers.
